A good friend and artist, Dylan Gould has a postcard project. She was kind enough to include some photos of my website in her work.
Check it out:
Isn’t that great?! Click on pic for more postcards.

I am proud to announce an endorsement with Godin Guitars. I’ve been an admirer of their Multiac Series for years, and currently use two of their models: The Multiac Nylon Duet & The Mulitiac Nylon Fretless (this one’s new to the family). Their brilliant aesthetic sense and thoughtful electronic design sets them apart from other guitar manufactures. It’s an honor to begin this relationship.
Also, at the beginning of the year I spent some time in the studio recording for Brant Greishaber’s prog-fusion-classical-jazz explosion: The Ra Quintet. I am featured on 6 tracks (using the Godin & Klein). It is truly an incredible album and is now available on CDBaby. Check it out.

On Friday, April 24th I’ll be playing at the Uncommon Ground in Chicago, IL as part of Vessela Stoyanova’s Eastern Stories Under Western Skies project.
Vessela had a beautiful idea to combine traditional Balkan music with western musicians. The result is music that is charming, sophisticated and delightful to listen to.
I’ll be performing with Vessela on marimba, Valeire Thompson on cello, Matt Longbons on bass & John Maloney on drums. I’m really looking forward to it. If you have any peeps in the Chicago area, send them to the Uncommon Ground. It’s going to be a blast!

Photographer, Karen Clunes, is sharing with us some of her images from last summer’s dress rehearsal & performances of The Elephant’s Child.
Currently, I’m working on building a website for puppet promotions. Until then, I’m posting stuff here, because I love this project.
Also, here are some other photos from last year’s performances.

Last summer, on a rainy, hot & humid Saturday evening in the South End, some magical people told a tale about how elephants got their trunk. The story was Rudyard Kipling’s: The Elephant’s Child and was told with a cast of voice actors, a collection of shadow puppets, and an original score performed by a brilliant ensemble. Below is a video clip of some highlights set to the overture.

Molly Zenobia hosted her 2nd in a series of interactive shows at the Lily Pad last night. She enlisted Vessela Stoyanva, Valerie Thompson, Nate Greenslit & myself to put together an art & music collaboration involving Silhouettes. We all had such a wonderful time. Thank you to everyone for coming out. Here are couple of resource files from the evening:

I’ve mentioned Rob Hampton, from HeartwoodGuitar.com, on this blog before, but I want to take this opportunity to do it again. He’s just recently updated his site to include a new Print/Save function to all of his leadsheets (there are now over 450). He’s doing a very good thing.
Thanks Rob, keep it up!
