From the New York Times:
The world’s largest collection of Beethoven manuscripts and letters has gone digital. The Beethoven House in Bonn, his birthplace, has scanned more than 5,000 handwritten letters and manuscripts and posted many of them for access on its Website.
(note: It can be a little hard to navigate through because it looks like it bounces between German and English)
